More Pleasure, More Confidence, More Power!
Saturday, April 25, 4-6pm; Online webinar (Zoom meeting)
Cost: $25 (Early Bird rate; $30 general admission) (sliding scale pricing available upon request)
Shame distracts us from pleasure possibilities and steals from our sense of well-being and confidence. The good news is, most of the insecurities we embody have been learned, so we can unlearn it! Our erotic self is a part of our overall wellness, and developing practices to nurture, explore and get creative with our sexual selves is a worthy pursuit. This workshop will explore the ways in which our bodies and desires have been tamed, how to reconnect to our solo and partnered sex, strategies for communicating what we like and don't want, how to get creative with our erotic imaginations and techniques for building confidence in and out of the bedroom.
